Contact
& Agreement
Potential
Clients call by referral or from seeing one of our advertisements.
At this time we qualify the project, and set up an initial consultation.
We then...
- View
the Jobsite
- Discuss
Objectives, Budget
- We
take notes on meeting
- Write
up an agreement to give to our client based on the scope of
the project.
- Once
we have received a signed agreement we move on to the next
phase of the process.
Design
Phase
- We
measure the jobsite.
- Interview
any family members or employees for commercial work.
- Formulate
a design solution (i.e. space plan, color
scheme, lighting selections)
- Schedule
a progress meeting to make sure we are on the right track
- Make
modifications or continue with project
- Determine
finishing products (i.e. paint colors, notes to contractors)
- Schedule
final meeting for client approval
Once
approval is given, we move to:
Construction
Phase
- Meet
with the various trades involved in the job
to get bids, G.C. if needed
- Order
all materials which are procured by us
- Make
visits to jobsite to view work, making sure
that specifications are met
- Walk
project with client and form "punch list"
- Schedule
any last minute work
- Meet
with client and review work; Pros and cons
- Project
and process complete
