The following is an outline of the overall process.

Contact & Agreement
Potential Clients call by referral or from seeing one of our advertisements. At this time we qualify the project, and set up an initial consultation. We then...
  1. View the Jobsite
  2. Discuss Objectives, Budget
  3. We take notes on meeting
  4. Write up an agreement to give to our client based on the scope of the project.
  5. Once we have received a signed agreement we move on to the next phase of the process.

Design Phase
  1. We measure the jobsite.
  2. Interview any family members or employees for commercial work.
  3. Formulate a design solution (i.e. space plan, color scheme, lighting selections)
  4. Schedule a progress meeting to make sure we are on the right track
  5. Make modifications or continue with project
  6. Determine finishing products (i.e. paint colors, notes to contractors)
  7. Schedule final meeting for client approval

Once approval is given, we move to:
Construction Phase
  1. Meet with the various trades involved in the job to get bids, G.C. if needed
  2. Order all materials which are procured by us
  3. Make visits to jobsite to view work, making sure that specifications are met
  4. Walk project with client and form "punch list"
  5. Schedule any last minute work
  6. Meet with client and review work; Pros and cons
  7. Project and process complete
